Postmortem Investigation of Unusual Death and Organ Transplantation

Abstract
Organ Transplantation law will be come into effect next year (2000) in our country, thus the mass media acclaimed the organ transplantation as offering new hope for thousands of desperately ill patients. The impediments to transforming this lifesaving potential into a widespread therapeutic reality are, how-ever, less well recognized. Especially the voluntary donation and consent approach allows an individual to direct the disposition of his body for organ transplantation after brain death, if this individual indicate to unusual death must be required postmortem investigation, the organ or tissue removal cannot pro-teed without postmortem investigation. In this paper, therefore, discussed the cooperation plans for well
performance without competition between postmortem investigation and organ transplantation.
